All Cydonic products are digital. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.
How delivery works
- After your payment is confirmed you receive an email with a download link.
- Download links are personal to your order and may expire after a set period or number of downloads.
- Large products are delivered as a ZIP file. Unzip it to access the files.
If you did not receive your files
Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, contact us at support@cydonic.com with your order details and we will resend it.
Technical requirements
Each product page lists the file formats included. Some formats, such as AI, need specific software. Check the format list before you buy.
