Refund Policy

Our products are digital files that you can download immediately. Because a download cannot be returned, we handle refunds differently from physical goods. We still want you to be happy with what you buy.

Before you download

By ticking the box at checkout you ask us to deliver the files immediately and you accept that your right to cancel ends once the download begins. If you contact us before downloading, you can cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund.

After you download: we will refund when

• The files are corrupted or incomplete and we cannot fix or replace them.
• The product is materially different from its description or previews.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

After you download: we may not refund when

• You changed your mind about a working product.
• You did not check the listed file formats or software requirements before buying.
• The request is made more than 14 days after purchase, unless the files are faulty.

How to request a refund

Email support@cydonic.com with your order details and a short explanation. We will reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method and may take several days to appear.
