This site is operated by Cydonic Ltd, company number 17529149, registered in England and Wales. Contact: support@cydonic.com.

2. Products

We sell digital products only. Descriptions, formats and prices are shown on each product page. We aim to describe products accurately but small differences in colour or display may occur between screens.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. [Update if this changes.] When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm payment and deliver your download. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, and we do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

5. Licence

Your use of any product is governed by our Licensing page. You must not resell, redistribute or share the original files.

6. Refunds

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use products in a way that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or is misleading or abusive.

8. Intellectual property

All products and site content remain the property of Cydonic Ltd or its licensors. You receive only the licence described on our Licensing page.

9. Liability

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
