What exactly do I receive?+
Digital files only. After purchase you get a download link for the product's files in the formats listed on its page. Nothing is shipped.
Can I use the files for my business or for clients?+
Yes. Every product includes a commercial licence for your own business or one client brand per purchase. Reselling or redistributing the original files is not allowed. The Licensing page has the details.
Are the files editable?+
Yes. Each product page lists its formats, such as SVG, AI, PSD, DOCX or PPTX, so you can open them in common design and office tools.
Will other people have the same logo or template?+
Unless a product page says it is exclusive, products are sold to multiple customers. We recommend customising colours, fonts and layout to make a design your own.
What if something is wrong with my files?+
Email us and we will fix or replace them. If we cannot, you are eligible for a refund. See the Refund Policy for the full conditions.
Do I need special software?+
Each product lists the formats it uses. Many can be opened with free tools, but some formats such as AI need Adobe software.
